Okay, I haven't written a journal entry for ages... so I'm going to put you up guys to some update. I recently graduated from CACS (Center for Asian Culinary Studies) and now people call me a chef. Its ok, but I believe everyone has a chef inside them, it just needs cultivation. Anyway yeah, I graduated last March 8, 2009... and I am so happy we're through and ready to take on to the next level. I'm planning to take an advanced course specializing in Asian Cuisine, so yeah this must be fun. And I'll cater for the first time... it's uncommon for a 18-year-old to cater here in our place... so I might say it's a really great achievement. Yay! I'm so excited! We need food stewards! And a lot of plates! Gosh it's shopping in the kitchen section for me! Hee hee... anyway that's all for now... bye guys.

Ok, now I haven't written a journal for ages, i'll give a brief update of what has happened for all those days I haven't logged a journal entry. I finished my practicum in Days Hotel, too bad I wasn't chosen to be an on-call steward. I really want to have a job... oh well. Sucks really bad. Now I'm studying in CACS (Center for Asian Culinary Studies) and it is so much fun. I mean, I really love cooking... it's another kind of art I have a passion for... so... there. I'm the youngest in our batch. The class has diverse people... some in their 20s, 30s, and even 40s! hahaha. Anyway i get to go along just fine...its kinda embarassing though, im the only one without a car... but who cares? anyway we cooked a lot. almost slipped in the kitchen... and i was holding a knife! Hell knows who will hit it if i really slipped! OMG im going to get sued for that! ANyway thats it... anyone who wants to be cooked for? haha!

I think all the things are now falling to place. I made friends with the executive assistant and we went out for pizza(but I just ate a donut and garlic bread) anyway, she's nice... she knows how to mingle... well, not like me who barely opens his mouth. And our head chef (I'm assigned in the kitchen) is a good guy too. He gave me one of those chef hats they use in duty... OMG OMG OMG! That's my dream, becoming a chef! Oh, I hope one day it comes true.

I'm tired of waking up in the morning, eating breakfast then taking my meds. it's so frustrating. I have accepted the fact that there's this sickness that eats me out, but I can't believe it's that worse to the point of taking heavy doses of anti-depressants and sleeping pills. Im tired of it... everyday your mom calls out "hey time for your meds!" OMG I hope I choke on one of those pills and just die...
