Okay, I haven't written a journal entry for ages... so I'm going to put you up guys to some update. I recently graduated from CACS (Center for Asian Culinary Studies) and now people call me a chef. Its ok, but I believe everyone has a chef inside them, it just needs cultivation. Anyway yeah, I graduated last March 8, 2009... and I am so happy we're through and ready to take on to the next level. I'm planning to take an advanced course specializing in Asian Cuisine, so yeah this must be fun. And I'll cater for the first time... it's uncommon for a 18-year-old to cater here in our place... so I might say it's a really great achievement. Yay! I'm so excited! We need food stewards! And a lot of plates! Gosh it's shopping in the kitchen section for me! Hee hee... anyway that's all for now... bye guys.
